Dave Downing and Associates provides High Quality Rigid Evaporative Cooler Media. We warehouse a large quantity of standard size evaporative media for industrial, commercial, and residential evaporative coolers. We supply large wholesale companies across the Southwest. We can make custom sizes using our large specialized saw, providing accurate, smooth cuts. We also carry 20” wide sections for common Mastercool and PMI units. For Example, we can provide a 28” High by 40” wide cooler media section for the 6500 CFM unit in only 2 pieces, instead of 4 pieces like most others. It makes it easier to install and eliminates chances for gaps in the media. We have several different types of cooler media, such as our standard 7060 media (7 millimeter flutes with 45/15 flute angles), 7090 media (7 millimeter flutes with 45/45 flute angles) and 5090 media (5 millimeter flutes with 45/45 flute angles) and UL rated glass pad to optimize performance for specific applications.
